Wild kopi luwak Lintong (250g)
Wild kopi luwak Lintong (250g)
Lintong has its name from its location with the district of Lintongnihuta. The area is southwest of Lake Toba in Indonesia, one of the world’s deepest island bodies of water which gradually rises to a high plateau. This landscape offers ideal conditions for Arabica cultivation. The result is a very distinctive flavor profile: a full body, low acidity, spicy, herbal and chocolate flavor notes. Lintong’s differentiation from other Sumatran coffees is with their clean mouthfeel and particular bright acidity. Compared to Mandheling, Lintong tends to have more medium body while still offering dark chocolate and fresh earth tastes.
